MEANT TO BE gift card holder created using Stampin' Up! products

Sometimes we all like to give a gift card and I like to put them in a gift card holder so that it is more personal. I tend to put a lot of thought into a gift that I give, but sometimes a gift card is the best option so the recipient can choose exactly what they like.  Every time I have given one in a cute handmade envelope, the recipient always LOVES it!
