  • Real Red card base:4-1/4” x 11”, scored in half plus a scrap about 2” x 4”
  • Basic Black layer: 3-3/4” x 5”
  • Crushed Curry layer: 3-1/2” x 4-3/4”
  • Red Glimmer Paper: a scrap about 3” x 5”
  • Whisper White: a scrap about 1” x 3”
  • Whisper White Baker’s Twine: 4 strands about 4” each
  1. Run red card base through Big Shot using Decorative Dots embossing folder then run Crushed Curry piece through using the Confetti folder making sure to center cardstock on folder so the blank oval will come out in the middle.
  2. Affix Crushed Curry to Basic Black base with SNAIL.
  3. Using Magnetic Platform on Big Shot, die cut the numbers out of Red Glimmer Paper.
  4. Stamp Congratulations in Real Red ink on Whisper White scrap then punch with Washi Label Punch making sure to punch towards the right end of the sentiment and so that sentiment is towards the top. Affix rhinestone row beneath sentiment.
  5. Punch three small balloons using the Balloon Bouquet punch then brush each with Wink of Stella. On reverse, apply a small amount of SNAIL making sure it covers the tiny tie end of the balloon. Press down end of twine strand into SNAIL then secure with a small piece of regular tape – you want the strand coming straight down from balloon tie piece. Repeat with other balloons.
  6. Tie 4th piece of twine around the 3 other strands in a place that will be hidden behind the 2nd number later. Cut so the knot is at the bottom of the strands.
  7. Using SNAIL, affix white sentiment piece to the back side of one of the balloons.
  8. Lay it all out without adhering so you know how to space it. Adhere left balloon with SNAIL then right balloon leaving a small gap then, with a Dimensional, adhere center balloon just a little higher.
  9. Pull balloon strands down a little bit taught and, using a tiny bit of SNAIL on the Curry cardstock, push the knot end onto the SNAIL. Be sure to put that piece in a spot that will be hidden.
  10. Using Snips, cut small pieces of Dimensionals that will fit behind the numbers and affix to back of numbers. Carefully align numbers and affix to Curry piece.
  11. Using Dimensionals, adhere the entire top piece to the Real Red card base.
