Intro to cake decorating

I am not only an avid paper crafter but I absolutely LOVE baking and this is the perfect time of year for it.  I have a cupcake business that I operate out of my home, but every now and then I get a request for a cake.  I decided that I was going to attempt cake decorating and below is my first cake.

It isn't perfect but I think I made a good attempt.  I'm taking all four courses at the Michael's store by my house.  It is messy but I think that is what makes it even more fun!
