Scrapbooking Part 2

Here are the other two pages that I promised you from yesterday's post.  Aren't they just adorable!? It has everything about an Easter egg hung with the basket, eggs, and flowers all made from Stampin' Up! punches and dies.  The basket was made from weaving strips of Crumb Cake cardstock, cutting them out with the Top Note die, and then using two Oval Framelits for the handle.

The flower on the first page is made by punching out petals with the Large Oval punch.  The top is the 1 3/4 Scallop Circle punch cut in half and the stem is from the Secret Garden Framelit.  Everything is sponged with the coordinating ink to give it some shadowing.

For the eggs, I used scraps of card stock in Whisper White, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, and Wisteria Wonder.  I ran the scraps through the Big Shot with various embossing folders; Polka Dot, Elegant Bouquet, Chevron, and Vintage Wall Paper.  This gave them the look that they were "decorated" and I punched them out with the Large and Extra-Large Oval punches.  The other ladies in the group LOVED this part.

At the bottom of the page is grass and trust me it is much simpler than it looks!  Take a strip of Pear Pizazz and cut it 1 1/2 x 12 inches and then with your snips just cut small strips and vary the angle and depth of the cuts.

I love Katrina Benny's scrapbook creations and I cannot wait for her next event!  Happy stamping!
